1) Intake & Access (Days 1–3)
- Collect required access (website, GBP, ad accounts, analytics)
- Confirm goals, service area, offers, and priorities
- Confirm tracking plan and conversion actions (calls/forms/bookings)
2) Build the Growth Plan (Days 3–7)
- Keyword + service map aligned to your industry and location
- Campaign plan aligned to your tier and ad spend range
- Website conversion priorities and page plan
3) Setup & QA (Week 1–2)
- Website updates and/or landing page improvements
- Campaign build and conversion tracking verification
- Email/social calendar and creative production (per tier)
- Reputation workflows and call tracking (where included)
4) Launch (Week 2)
- Campaigns go live
- Tracking confirmed
- First optimization cycle begins
5) Optimize (Weekly)
- Weekly optimization of keywords, bids, audiences, and creative
- Landing page conversion improvements (as needed)
- Lead quality review and refinement
6) Report (Monthly)
- Performance summary (leads/calls/forms where available)
- Budget pacing and campaign health
- Deliverables completed
- Next-step recommendations for the upcoming month
