Partnership Policy

This Partnership Policy governs referral, strategic, and white-label relationships with Brandiket.

1) Partnership Types

Brandiket may offer:

• Referral partnerships
• Strategic partnerships (co-marketing)
• White-label delivery (requires written agreement)

2) Referrals

• Referral terms (if any) must be confirmed in writing before the referral is submitted.
• Brandiket reserves the right to accept or decline any referred client.
• Eligibility may require the referred client to remain active and paid for a minimum period (as stated in writing).
• Brandiket controls pricing, scope, delivery process, and client communications unless white-label terms are agreed.

3) White-Label Delivery

White-label work requires a written agreement covering scope, timelines, approvals, payment terms, confidentiality, and ownership/licensing.

4) No Exclusivity

Partnerships are non-exclusive unless stated in writing.
