Every deliverable must be:
- Clear about the audience and outcome
- Built to convert (one primary CTA)
- Consistent with brand voice and visuals
- Mobile-first and easy to scan
- Free of filler text and contradictions
2) Website Quality Standards
- Clear hierarchy (H1/H2 structure, scannable sections)
- Trust signals (proof, reviews, FAQs, clear CTA)
- Performance and mobile readability
- SEO basics (titles/descriptions, internal links, indexing readiness)
3) Ads Quality Standards
- Policy-safe language (especially for healthcare)
- Truthful, non-misleading claims
- Strong offer + landing page alignment
- Tracking verified before scaling budget
4) Content Quality Standards (Email + Social)
- Clean visuals with consistent spacing
- High-intent messaging (benefits, outcomes, CTA)
- Consistent cadence based on tier deliverables
- Repurpose-friendly (one idea → multiple assets)
5) Reporting Quality Standards
Reports must show:
