Billing & Payments

How do I pay for my services?

Once you select a service, you’ll receive a secure invoice. Payments can be made online via credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer. For monthly plans, payments are billed automatically.

Can I set up recurring payments?

Yes! All of our monthly and unlimited plans are set to auto-renew, so you don’t have to worry about missed payments. You’ll always get a reminder before billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), debit cards, and PayPal. Bank transfer is available for enterprise clients.

How do I order a new service?


Simply visit our website, browse our service catalog, and click “Request a Quote” or “Add to Cart.” You can also order directly through your Brandiket Client Portal.

Can I request design revisions?

Absolutely. Every design service includes at least 1–2 revision rounds depending on the package. Unlimited plans include unlimited revisions.

What’s the turnaround time for projects?

Most graphic design and print design projects are delivered within 2–4 business days. Larger projects, like websites and video production, vary between 2–6 weeks depending on scope.

Website & Hosting

How do I access my hosting account?

All hosting accounts are managed through Brandiket. You’ll receive login details to your client dashboard where you can request updates, view analytics, and manage files.

What’s included in my maintenance plan?

Maintenance plans cover software updates, backups, small content edits, and security monitoring. Higher-tier plans include SEO updates and additional support hours.

Can I upgrade my hosting later?

Yes, you can upgrade your hosting plan at any time as your website and traffic grow.

Print & Delivery

How long does shipping take for print orders?

Standard print orders take 3–10 business days for delivery. Rush shipping is available at an extra cost.

Do you offer rush printing?

Yes! Many print products are available for 3–5 day rush delivery. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Can I re-order previous designs?

Yes. All completed designs are stored in your Brandiket Client Portal. You can reorder prints with just one click.
